Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery unless the product page states otherwise.

Return condition

Return items complete and with reasonable care, including supplied cables, adapters, mounting hardware, documentation, and packaging where possible. Missing parts or wear beyond reasonable inspection can affect a change-of-mind refund where local law permits.

Compatibility returns

We may ask for the model, generation, connector, firmware or OS version, and adapters used. That check can identify a different variant that fits, but troubleshooting is optional and does not remove a return right or restart the return clock. Our compatibility page covers what to check before ordering.

Data and account locks

Before returning a device that stores data, back it up, sign out, remove linked accounts and activation locks, and follow the manufacturer's reset instructions. An account-locked device can delay or prevent testing and return processing. Remove memory cards and accessories that were not supplied with the order.

How to start a return

Email service@epeenovum.com with the order number, model, serial number, and reason. Wait for the correct return address and battery-shipping instructions before sending it.

Exchanges and return costs

We will confirm whether an exchange or a return-and-reorder is available. Change-of-mind return postage and any non-refundable original delivery charge are confirmed before shipment; we cover reasonable return costs for a confirmed fault or fulfilment error.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Faulty items and warranty

For a possible defect, stop using anything unsafe and contact us with the model, serial details, and photos or video. See our warranty page for the written coverage.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your mandatory consumer rights and never replaces or reduces them. Those rights vary by destination and may apply beyond the standard return or written warranty period.
