Specifications and revisions

The model, revision, and specification shown for your order are the reference for what you receive. Performance figures apply to their stated test conditions; real-world results vary with temperature, load, duty cycle, connected equipment, and software version.

Compatibility information

Compatibility notes apply to the model, version, region, and test conditions stated. A similar name or physically matching connector is not enough. Where your exact setup is not listed, ask before ordering.

Correct use and regional rating

Use products within their rated voltage, frequency, load, and environmental conditions, and only with the supplied or specified power equipment. Operating outside those limits can be unsafe and can affect written warranty coverage, but does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Software and firmware

Software or firmware may be governed by a separate licence and may change through updates. Back up important data before updates, resets, repairs, or returns, and review any stated support window for connected features.

When an order is accepted

The confirmation email means we received your order. Acceptance happens when the order is fulfilled or when we otherwise confirm acceptance. If stock, a regional restriction, or a clear listing error prevents acceptance, we cancel it and return any payment taken.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the store or products. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
